By using Kellan's services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Kellan provides automated review management services for home service businesses, including SMS review request campaigns and AI-powered replies to Google Business Profile reviews. We access your Google Business Profile on your behalf through secure OAuth authorization.

2. Free Trial

New clients receive a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to start. If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply let us know and no charge will be made. Results during the trial period are not guaranteed.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during onboarding.
• You must have the legal authority to authorize access to your Google Business Profile.
• You are responsible for ensuring your customer contact information is legally obtained and that recipients have consented to receive SMS messages from your business.
• You agree not to use Kellan's services for any unlawful purpose.

4. Google Business Profile Access

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize Kellan to read your reviews and post replies on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will stop automated replies.

5. SMS Messaging

Kellan sends SMS review request messages to your customers using contact information you provide. You confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to receive such messages. Kellan is not liable for customer responses or opt-out requests — we honor all opt-outs automatically.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with no penalty. To cancel, contact us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, automated services will stop within 24 hours and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kellan is not responsible for changes to Google's policies or APIs that affect service delivery, customer responses to review requests, the content of reviews posted by third parties, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
